Privacy

What the calculators do with your numbers

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The room rates, tax percentages, point balances and valuations you type are processed on your own device and are never transmitted to us. We operate no accounts, no logins, and no server-side database, and we have no way to retrieve anything you enter.

Saved inputs. So that the form is still filled in when you come back, each calculator saves your entries to your browser’s own local storage as you type, under keys beginning rpc:. This is first-party storage on your device: it is not a tracking cookie, it is not readable by any other site, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else. To remove it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings, or use a private browsing window, where it is discarded when you close the window.

Sharing a scenario. Pressing Copy link produces a web address that carries your complete scenario — every value you have set, including the programme options, status tier, card discounts and any certificates — so that whoever opens it sees exactly the same verdict you did. Nothing is copied unless you press the button, and browsing the calculators normally leaves your figures out of the address bar entirely. Two things are worth knowing before you share one: anyone you send it to can see all of those values, and if you open a link someone has sent you, the values are removed from your address bar as the page loads and are held only for that browser tab, then discarded when you close it.

What is collected anyway

Your calculator inputs staying local does not mean nothing is collected. The following applies to ordinary use of this site:

Hosting. This site is hosted by Bluehost, part of Newfold Digital. Like nearly all web hosts, it automatically records request data including IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring page, and timestamps, for security and reliability purposes. Newfold’s privacy notices are at newfold.com/privacy-center.

Analytics. We run no analytics service on this site. No third-party script measures your visit. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.

Advertising. This site does not currently display advertising, and sets no advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated in the same release, before any ad is served.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data relating to you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because we hold no accounts and no database, most such requests will need to be directed to the third parties named above, who act as the controllers of the data they collect. California residents

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
